This training is intended for professional hairdressers wishing to enhance their skills.
By ordering a training session, the client unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale and participation, which shall prevail over any other document from the buyer, particularly their own terms and conditions of purchase.
At the client’s request, Cheveu Lumière © will send two copies of the professional training agreement, as required by French law. The client enters into a binding agreement with Cheveu Lumière © by returning one signed and stamped copy as soon as possible. Upon completion of the training, a certificate of attendance will be issued or handed over to the client.
To confirm enrolment, the participant must pay the full price of the training, regardless of the session or its duration. The full training can be paid in one or six instalments (1 down payment + 5 payments), either by cheque or bank transfer to SAS Cheveu Lumière, IBAN: FR76 3000 3032 9300 0207 0815 679, BIC/SWIFT: SOGEFRPP.
If payment in six instalments is chosen, all six cheques or a bank document detailing the planned schedule of six transfers must be sent by post, along with the completed and signed registration form and general terms and conditions of sale, to: Cheveu Lumière © – 6, place du Palais Bourbon, 75007 Paris.
The first payment shall be made 15 days prior to the first session. The five remaining payments shall be made following each of the first five training sessions. Payment by credit card is accepted via the website for up to six instalments using Stripe.
An invoice will be issued prior to each payment, either as six separate instalments or a single total invoice, depending on the payment method selected. Enrolment is considered final once all of the aforementioned documents (completed and signed), along with payment, have been received by Cheveu Lumière ©
To cancel their participation, the participant must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Cheveu Lumière © – 6, place du Palais Bourbon, 75007 Paris. The postmark and the date of the letter shall serve as legal proof. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the training, 25% of the total training cost is due. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the training, 75% of the total training cost remains due. If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the start date, the full cost of the training is payable.
In case of early termination or abandonment during the course by the participant, regardless of the date or reason for termination or abandonment, the full seminar fee remains due and will not be reimbursed. Only duly substantiated cases of force majeure, validated by a competent administrative authority, shall be considered.
Note: The “Energetic Hair Practitioner ©” training certificate can only be issued if the participant has attended all six sessions of the 2021 Intensive Training. However, this certificate does not entitle the practitioner to perform emotional readings on future clients. Only the “Hair Master” certification grants this accreditation. The “Hair Master” certification may only be issued upon attendance of the Optional Module.
If a cancellation occurs before the start of the service and the training session is rescheduled within 12 months from the order date, the full amount paid shall be credited as a voucher, which may be applied toward a future training session. If no rescheduling occurs within this 12-month period, the payment shall be retained by Cheveu Lumière © as a fixed indemnity. Any cancellation of a training session must be communicated by email to trichotherapy@gmail.com. The session may subsequently be rescheduled in accordance with the trainer’s availability.
Note: Given the evolving nature of the COVID-19 health context, Cheveu Lumière ©, as a responsible entity, undertakes to adapt its cancellation policies in consideration of the participants enrolled in the Energetic Hair Practitioner Training, with the aim of enabling everyone to pursue their training during authorized periods.
Personal data provided by the client to Cheveu Lumière © in the context of training sessions may be shared with its contractual partners solely for the purposes of delivering said sessions. Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and opposition in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
The training provider undertakes to keep strictly confidential all information provided by the participant. Participants who wish to be featured on the website must indicate this preference at the time of registration. This choice may be amended at any time upon request.
Participants are strictly prohibited from taking photographs, recording audio, or filming during training sessions without prior authorization from the training supervisor.
When working with a model, written image rights consent must be obtained prior to taking any photographs.
Note: Any recordings or photographs taken during training sessions may not be used for commercial purposes, nor uploaded to social media, video-sharing platforms, podcasts, or similar channels.
Pregnant individuals, those with high or low blood pressure, or any medical condition requiring specific care are kindly asked to inform us at the time of registration, to ensure optimal training conditions.
The training organization undertakes to provide the participant with a certificate of completion. Administrative documents will be made available upon request.
Cheveu Lumière © does not handle, nor can it be held responsible for, any procedures or investigations relating to external funding bodies. These procedures are the sole responsibility of the participant and depend on their individual social and fiscal status. Once officially enrolled, the participant is responsible for submitting all necessary documentation concerning the training provider to the relevant funding organization.
Under no circumstances shall Cheveu Lumière © be held liable for decisions made by such funding bodies.
A refusal of coverage – regardless of the reason – shall not in any way release the participant from their contractual commitments with Cheveu Lumière ©.
Where the training is financed by a funding organization (chosen by the participant), an administrative fee of €200 shall apply for processing the funding file. This includes the preparation of required documents, document duplication, and the sending of specific materials.
Cheveu Lumière © provides participants with pedagogical resources, including a training booklet and laminated guides, to support them throughout their learning journey. After each session, a course summary is shared via the dedicated WhatsApp group for the training cohort.
The participant is required to acquire a DOVO BLACK 5/8 razor with a wooden handle (smaller blade sizes are not accepted). This tool is available at Armes Bastille, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, or can be requested directly from Cheveu Lumière © by email at trichotherapy@gmail.com. The razor will be handed over during the first training session. The negotiated price is €120.
For the advanced cutting tool – the TANTŌ “KONJO” – a request must likewise be made to Cheveu Lumière © via email. The agreed price is €350 (ebony wood handle, 127 mm blade, weight: 187 g). Please note: depending on the materials used, the price of a TANTŌ may easily exceed €1,000. This tool is intended to last for the practitioner’s entire career as a certified Energetic Hair Practitioner © and will be delivered during the second training session.
Participants must also bring their own personal and professional tools to all training sessions (except the first), including: a brush, cutting comb, Tibetan bowl (14 cm diameter), two basic sectioning clips, and one black microfiber towel.
Training fees may vary from one session to another. Only the rates indicated on the registration form, signed by the participant and validated by the training organization, shall remain binding.
Session dates may be subject to change for organizational reasons. In such cases, participants will be notified immediately by email, with acknowledgment of receipt requested.
The training organization undertakes to send a formal training invitation at least 15 days prior to each session, specifying the dates, times, venue, and access conditions.
Upon completion of the training, the certified Energetic Hair Practitioner © is not authorized to:
– Disseminate the content of the training to teach others or organize similar seminars, under penalty of legal action; – Use the list of participants (present during the training) for the purpose of offering or delivering any training, regardless of the professional context.
– Create or publish photos, videos, or texts featuring trademarks owned by Cheveu Lumière © without prior written consent.
In their professional activity and/or participation in public events, conferences, or workshops, the certified Energetic Hair Practitioner © agrees to:
– Comply with the ethical and professional code established by Cheveu Lumière ©;
– Follow the communication guidelines defined by Cheveu Lumière ©;
– Respect the collective brand identity of Cheveu Lumière ©;
– Adhere strictly to the official protocol provided during the training, without modifications or personal additions.
The three phases of the Trichothérapy © protocol are inseparable.
Any deviation will result in a formal warning, followed by administrative sanctions if necessary.
Note: Trichothérapy ©, Energetic Hair Practitioner ©, Tantō ©, and Cheveu Lumière © are registered trademarks.
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all contractual relationships between Cheveu Lumière © and its clients, shall be governed by French law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, regardless of the client’s registered office or place of residence, and notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
This jurisdiction clause shall not apply in the event of a dispute involving a non-professional client, in which case the legally applicable rules of material and territorial jurisdiction shall prevail.
This clause is stipulated for the benefit of Cheveu Lumière ©, which reserves the right to waive it at its sole discretion.
Upon successful completion of the Coiffeur-Énergéticien training, any act of withdrawal, denigration, resignation, or renunciation of the fundamental principles of the method known as “La Trichothérapy ©” shall result in the immediate removal of the client from the “Jill Andrieu Academy” website.
The client shall also be required to return the TANTŌ tool. A refund may be offered, proportionate to the condition of this specific registered item, which is the intellectual property of Cheveu Lumière ©.
In such circumstances, any use, reproduction, or transmission of the “La Trichothérapy ©” method shall be strictly prohibited, as shall any use of communication materials relating to Cheveu Lumière ©.
Failure to comply with these terms shall entitle Cheveu Lumière © to bring the matter before the competent court for intellectual property matters, in accordance with French Decree No. 2009-1204 and 2015 of 9 October 2009.
